Morrison House Wedding: Megan + Paul
Megan and Paul said their “I do’s” at the lovely Morrison House in Alexandria. Surrounded by their nearest and dearest, their intimate ceremony and celebration took place in all the various rooms Morrison House has to offer, each decorated with elegant touches of floral and eucalyptus paired with the striking features of this historic building. At the golden hour, we had so much fun walking around the neighborhood as we took advantage of the various Old Town backdrops. In a short walk, we found some of my favorite features...antique masonry, vegetation that climbs up the walls and into the alleyway, and beautiful stoops with antique iron handrails. We had a moment where a nearby resident asked if we’d like to take portraits in their garden, and we decided to take him up on his offer. We stepped inside to find this beautifully sculpted garden space with a short winding brick pathway. I was blown away.
