Baltimore Bride Aisle Style Event at the Four Seasons Hotel in Baltimore

Team members Elisha Coleman and Ingrid Rivera attended one of our favorite events of the year recently at Four Seasons Hotel in Baltimore, Baltimore Bride Magazine's Aisle Style. The event pulls together some of the best in the Baltimore area wedding industry and features a fabulous fashion show. Here's a few photos from the event:

Excited to share two unique and truly creative gluten-free vegan dishes developed by the research and development team for Occasions Caterers.  "We want to make sure that our guests with dietary restrictions  have just as delicious of an experience as other guests and that special meals are truly special" says Denise Vu of Occasions Caterers, "We continue to see more and more dietary requests and we take them very seriously."

Tempeh Schnitzel (the breadcrumbs are gluten-free), with braised green cabbage, mushroom fricassee, and crisp slaw of apple, watermelon, radish and brussels sprouts.

A second option is the Tempura Squash Blossoms, filled with cashew butter and roasted zucchini, and served with celeriac puree, sumac dusted zucchini, fried quinoa, and snow pea and yellow pepper slaw.
